More from the Doughnut Shop

For the teachers, it was exciting to see the numeracy and literacy that came out through (for example) menu writing, cash register design, shopping with money, sorting small, medium and large, cooperation, and oral communication.  For the children, it was fun fun fun!

Fun

The Grocery Store centre is very popular.
Exploration boxes let children show they can be careful with 
delicate objects, as well as learn how science tools work and 
explore items found in nature.
 Learning to cooperate to achieve a common goal 
has immediate rewards!
The beginning of our "Colours and Light" experiment.
